HALL RENTAL
Room Charge: $750.00
Saturday night, minimum of 125 persons and a maximum of 200.
Friday night, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday, minimum of 100 persons and a maximum of 200.
These numbers are based on 10 persons per table.
All wedding receptions are based on a five hour rental with the following hours applying:
- Fridays:
- Evening weddings may begin anytime after 6:00 p.m., up to the latest arrival of 7:30 p.m.
- Saturdays:
- Afternoon weddings will be required to end by 5:00 p.m.
- Evening weddings may begin anytime after 6:00 p.m., up to the latest arrival of 7:30 p.m.
- Sundays:
- Any time after 11:00 a.m., up to the latest arrival of 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday receptions are required to end by 11:00 p.m.
The Neighborhood Club may be obtained for an extra hour for an additional charge of $ 300.00; however, this is at the discretion of the manager on duty and should be requested no later than one hour prior to the end of your scheduled function.
Manner of Payment
- $1,000.00 and a contract agreement are required to reserve a date.
- $2,000.00 is required one year before the event.
- $2,000.00 is required ten months before the event.
- 50% of your estimated total bill is due six months prior to the event.
If you are booking closer than this timeline indicates, we are willing to work out a new manner of payment with you.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Guarantee and Due Date
A guaranteed guest count must be confirmed with the Neighborhood Club ten days prior to the reception. The guest
count given is the amount that will be charged, even if your attendance less.
Security
The City of Quincy (ordinance C13/section10) requires that a police detail be present for any gathering that has entertainment and or music. The Neighborhood Club will arrange for the detail and the charge will be added to your final bill.
Menu Selection
Menu selections are required five weeks prior to the reception. The Function Coordinator will contact you six weeks prior to set up an appointment. Evening and weekend hours are available for your convenience.
A 7.00% state meals tax and a 20% House Charge is applicable.
